Privacy

Effective July 31, 2026.

Kenneth Ingham Consulting, LLC designed this site to collect as little information about visitors as practical.

The reasoning is simple: data that is never collected does not have to be protected, does not have to be explained, and cannot be lost in a breach. This practice earns nothing from visitor information and has no intention of ever doing so.

Ordinary browsing

The public pages do not use advertising, analytics, tracking pixels, or third-party behavioral tracking. The site does not create visitor accounts. The web server necessarily processes connection information such as an IP address, requested URL, timestamp, response status, and browser metadata to deliver pages, maintain security, and diagnose faults. Operational logs are access-controlled and are kept only as long as they stay useful for those purposes, then discarded. The retention period is bounded and documented internally; it is governed by log volume and available storage rather than a fixed published schedule.

Contact form

The contact form collects the name, reply address, subject, and message that you choose to provide. This information is used to respond to your inquiry and for related business records. The form also uses a strictly necessary, short-lived security cookie and short-lived keyed digests to enforce rate limits, prevent cross-site requests, and suppress duplicate submissions. Those digests are not used to identify or track visitors.

Do not submit Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), regulated records, passwords, private keys, detailed incident data, or other sensitive information. Ask us to arrange an appropriate secure channel instead.

The contact handler holds a message only long enough to hand it to the local mail system. After acceptance, the mail system and the recipient's mailbox retain the message under their operational and business-record policies. The public web application does not keep a separate copy.

Cookies and local storage

Ordinary pages require neither cookies nor browser local storage. The contact form uses only the security cookie described above. It is not used across sites, for advertising, or for analytics.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell or rent visitor information, and no part of this practice's revenue depends on it. Information may be processed by infrastructure providers that operate this site and its email service, or disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect rights and security. Access is limited to people and systems that need it for those purposes.

Client confidentiality

Separately from this site: client identities and the details of engagements are not disclosed without the client's prior permission. That is why no client names, logos, or testimonials appear here.

Links to other sites

This site links to independent sites. Their operators control their own privacy and security practices.
